How to Use:
Wearing Your Device:
- Sit comfortably or stand upright.
- Wrap the RecoveryTherm Knee around your knee, ensuring a snug fit.
- Adjust the Velcro straps for a secure but comfortable hold.
Using the Device:
- Insert the battery into the control panel.
- Press and hold the power button for two seconds to activate.
- Select your treatment mode:
- Short press heat button to toggle between settings.
- Short press cold button to activate cooling therapy.
- Press vibration button to switch between three vibration modes (low, high, wave).
- The treatment session lasts approximately 20 minutes. Repeat as needed.
